This website provides information about counselling offered by Sally Cook, trading as Counselling with Sally. You can contact me at counsellingwithsally@gmail.com or on 07396 203355.

The pages describe my approach, services and ways to get in touch. They are general information to help you decide whether to enquire. Reading the website or sending a message does not, by itself, establish a counselling relationship or confirm an appointment.

Website information is general. If we agree to work together, I will provide a separate counselling agreement. My March 2026 agreement describes sessions of up to 50 minutes, normally arranged weekly or fortnightly, with payment, cancellation and confidentiality terms. We will agree the current terms directly before sessions begin.
